Take the colour of the trees away and the skyline would have you think it's a July morning here in Kilmersdon this morning. Fine and sunny at 13C with a lighter SSW wind than yesterday and much less cloud. The webcam image available below dislays all.

A pleasant late summer day oh it's autumn. Sunny and warm mostly but late afternoon brought a brief spell of moderate rain bringing the October rainfall to average.

It was hard to believe it was nearly November today with a maximum temperature of 19.4C - the latest date to hit 19C in 35 years of records here. The morning and early afternoon were sunny before it clouded over leading to heavy rain for a time in the evening and an abrupt temperature drop.
