Hi I was looking for help in finding if black ice was probable in the following location on the of morning Dec 4th 2008 any pointers or opinion much appreciated 03979 Ballyhaise Ireland. Thanks in advance

If Met Éireann have a similar service to the METO "Open Road" I would have thought they would be best to contact.
