The Nikon P610

I've just had a rush of blood and decided to buy a cheap small digital to save lugging around my D80 all the time. Ended up spending more than I catered for (nothing new there) and buying the new Nikon P610 as I quite liked the specs including a 60x optical zoom! Haven't really had chance to test it out properly yet but as I had to pop up town for a blood test this morning I took it with me to take a couple of snaps up the streets for a quick check on the zoom. Although I did this in a hurry and my hands were freezing I'm quietly impressed.

 

One photo is looking up Camborne main street. There is a Methodist chapel right at the end.

 

The other looking up a side street with a vets at the end.
