    Tropical Cyclone Reuben formed yesterday, well southeast of Fiji. The cyclone is moving south-southeastwards along the southwestern flank of a ridge to the northeast. This south-southeasterly motion has already pushed Reuben into an area of high shear. The cyclone has winds of 45kts, but has probably peaked due to the increasing shear, and increasingly cooler sea temps along track.
