A clearance arrived before the observation allowing sunny spells, feeling cold in the moderate westerly wind. No further showers here, some good sunny spells developing, though cooler and more breezy than recently.

A marked drop in the Fox House area as the front cleared, from about 10C to 4C in fairly short time, dropped to 3c on the highest section in the car on the way back towards Sheffield, windy and for a time pretty wet after a dry start.
