The sky filled in with shallow convection after mid day (BST), the Doncaster Net Wx Extra skew-t shows why, a moist lid or inversion, even so it got to 24.2C in my garden, the highest this year and the warmest since 5 August last year.

Dry again today but with more in the way of cloud,especially this morning, this afternoon more in the way of sunny spells some long, not back to hazy sunny intervals, with large amounts of upper clouds.
