Best time to go in my opinion. Thats if you like hot weather, but with an increased risk of seeing a cracking storm.

Agree with the above, decent temps and usually good storms at night.

Take a good camera as the light displays when a storm kicks off are great especially out across the sea and the forks lightning up the neighbouring islabds
