Well it’s still raining and has been since yesterday afternoon, some really heavy downpours that lead to some parts being flooded. We now have a cover of very dark grey cloud.

At least yesterday’s oppressive weather has gone.

still raining here, the spray head in my pond is completely submerged. 2 days ago it was about 3 inches above the water surface. Min temp 16.4C, so a more reasonable 'feel' to the air, albeit a wet one if you go out!

What a morning that has been my daughter rang at 8.30 to take her to the hospital as she thought her baby was on the way. We got there at 9 o clock and she had rung for an ambulance as she didn't know if she would make it to true her mum delivered the baby at home before the amulance got there mum and baby doing fine 7lb 2oz boy Ethan Granddad second time round.

A few scattered clouds, now becoming very warm after a damp start.Temp 23c,almost no wind,pressure 1008.

May have a storm later,but the cape and LI index are not too high.Wed/Thurs looks more promising with cape/LI levels.
