Showers cleared away last evening leaving clear spells overnight, ground frost forming. Cloud increased around dawn with some light to moderate showery rain and sleet for around 40 minutes. Currently towards observation, sunny spells, showers in the vicinity.

Minimum temperature overnight 2.1°C

Cloudy and windy with moderate to heavy rain, especially after midnight and through the early hours. Further moderate rain turning briefly to sleet around 06:00 GMT. Currently cloudy, rain stopped, windy, feeling cold. A good deal of cloud through the morning and continued showery rain. The afternoon saw more brightness with sunny spells developing late afternoon, a few blustery showers continuing.

Not a bad day with a few showers during the morning, long sunny spells this afternoon. 

Max temp 9.1c, currently 8.0c with a moderate SW wind making it feel cool but pleasant enough with shelter in the sun.

A cold start with a heavy spell of snow to give a good cover before turning to rain,the day then mainly dry with a few sharp showers but a spell of persistant rain this evening,max 7 deg,min 2 deg
