Hi dunno the best way to bring it to the attention of the Netweather gods but the Uber ads that appear on the mobile site are SO ANNOYING!!!

It's the 'touch down' method of interaction they've employed that gets me - breaks all the rules I know of sympathetic and ethical website design.

I have no choice but to touch the screen to swipe down and 7 times out of 10 I get ubered and it throws me into the App Store!!!

i love Netweather but I'm really starting to hate Uber! Anything you can do about it?

    Thanks for hearing me out,

Hi, sorry for the slow reply - I've been away.

Whereabouts on the site are you seeing this ad? Are you able to send over a screenshot at all?

    Thanks

    Paul

I'm on the tablet / iPad version at the moment and the only ads I get always show at the very top and don't cause me any issues

Don't have any on my android phone and neither my ipad. You don't say what mobile device os you're using. Plenty of malware for Android systems out there and some for ios.
