Stats

There was a massive negative correlation this month at -0.48, which each subsequent quartile of entries doing better with the 3rd and 4th quartiles scoring 62 and 64 receptively, So the later entries did much better this month. It is also noticeable that the later entries also went for a higher average CET figure.

Oh dear I was well out, the cold spell at the end of April coupled with the fact most recent May's have been poor clouded my judgement. May was a lovely month in the Lake District, two very lengthy dry warm sunny periods early and late on, sandwiched with a cloudier damp cooler period. Very little rain overall, and I suspect sunshine amounts will have been well above normal. Please can we have another May like 2016 next year.
