Forum re-organisation this morning

You may have noticed we've had a small re-organisation of the forum this morning, to hopefully make it a bit more intuitive to use.

We've merged the general weather and spring/summer areas into a new Spring/Summer and general discussion forum as there was a lot of crossover in the topics within them:

We've also created a new Forecast model, atmosphere, stratosphere and global driver discussion forum, as these topics should sit well together - this includes the usual forecasting model discussions.

Hopefully everyone that the topics in the forums sit together pretty well with this layout, but if you have any questions or feedback/ideas in terms of the layout please shout.
