What a difference a day makes!

This time yesterday=24.7C with the sun out: today 14.1C and raining, still it is good for the garden, being the first measurable rain since 2 May

Why couldn't I be bed today with a nasty late winter cold. As for the garden it doesn't need any encouragement. No rain is good you only have deal with the odd weed no hedges to do no lawn to cut. Ideal.

Anyway Max temp 14.8C now 13.7C, Barometer 1005mb rubbish, Wind F4 ENE , rainfall 12.6mm

not sure what you are trying to say Pit, no rain means plants wither and die, or do you not have any flowers and plants, shrubs etc in your garden?

Got too many .... Long dry coolish summers are the best though. Wet warm summers worse as everything grows and you can't cut anything as it's too wet.
