Weather Station Advice

Greetings.  I'm after a weather station, but I'm on a very tight budget.  I'm after the basics - temp, humidity, rainfall, wind speed/direction, and I need to be able to pipe the data across to a computer.

What's the cheapest viable kit you good folks know if that would do the trick?  Any advice or guidance gratefully accepted by this here newbie.
