Breezy yesterday evening ( gusting  to 40 mph ) with one or two brief, light showers of sleet or wet snow. These cleared before midnight, the wind decreased and there were a few clear spells before cloud increased before dawn. Cloudy with a few flakes of snow at the moment.

Clear spells overnight, widespread frost. Turning cloudy through the early hours with a little light sleet and freezing rain. This morning so far, overcast, light freezing rain and sleet, icy in places underfoot.

Cloudy light sleet before midday cold. On top Tissington trail light snow which soon died away some sun through the clouds then as I left moderate Snow arrived this followed me back to Sheffield turning to sleet in Mony Ash and Bakewell while remaining as Snow around Fox House. Wet Snow around Meadowhead in Sheffield sleet where I live. No dry and cold.

Light-moderate rather wet snow for most of the morning and into the early afternoon adding another cm or so to the existing cover. The snow died out by 1400 and the cloud cleared for a while allowing thick fog to develop. The fog cleared by 1700 as a broken sheet of Sc moved in from the north west.
