Sea Freezing Upon Impact

This is pretty amazing.

No idea where it is.

What's happening is the snow is being pushed up into slush mounds, they aren't freezing much more as the next wave easily moves them again.
The water rapidly drains from the slush giving the impression of a more solid structure.
Still an interesting observation.
It looks like UK from that pier structure.
