Dry, sunny spells with variable cloud types and amounts, a low of 6.4 C the mildest  since 23 March; 0.2 mm of rain since midnight, 21.3 mm yesterday and overnight.

A mild and cloudy night with occasional rain at first. Thick fog and intermittent drizzle from 0400 g.m.t until a few minutes ago. Surprisingly there are a  fair number of snow remnants despite the mild night.

Sunny Sheffield having a fairly mild day cloudy at first now sunny spells and showers.

A very mild day with sunny spells and light showers the Sheffield shield activating to prevent any stormy showers from approaching.

Moderate rain and sleet set in around midnight continuing through the early hours, heavy at times. Further sleet through the morning, turning to moderate rain by late morning. The rain cleared by afternoon, and quickly turned much milder, though staying mostly cloudy, just the odd brief glimpse of the sun.

A cloudy morning with a few light-moderate showers which cleared by 1015 g.m.t. Sunny intervals during the afternoon but also further showers. These were light-moderate here but there were some heavy ones in the vicinity with thunder heard to the south  east between 1615 and 1625 g.m.t.
