At observation, overcast , cloud thinning slightly allowing occasional brighter interval. The sun broke through late morning, sunny spells continuing until late afternoon until turning mostly cloudy again by late afternoon. Dry. Out breaks of moderate rain set in mid evening continuing un oil after midnight.
