Clear spells overnight. After a sunny start, low cloud rolled in from the east around 07:00 GMT. Cloudy for the most part through the morning. The cloud began to break up around noon leading to a mostly sunny afternoon, feeling pleasant and warm.

Dry and warm with almost unbroken sunshine. Maximum 24.8, minimum 13.3. Wind light NE.

Yesterday: dry and warm with long sunny spells after a cloudy start. Maximum 23.7, minimum 14.3. Wind light NE.

Saturday: warm with sunny spells after a cloudy start, clouded over late afternoon with light showers. Maximum 21.2, minimum 11.8. Wind light NE.

Well the area of storms all around Doncaster managed to miss us altogether, some hefty rainfall total not that far east of here. Mostly a lot of sunshine all afternoon into the evening, tomorrow it seems it is back to a northerly and cloud - oh joy!
