What a morning! Moderate rain from 9-11. Torrential, driving rain started about 11.30 and lasted until midday. Very strong, cold winds through the rain, which lowered temperatures to a pitiful 11C for a time. Now very overcast, windy and foggy on highest hills. Only 15C.
