Sticky notes working again

    There is a bug in the sticky note system currently which means that long messages can't be dismissed on mobiles/tablets as the top of the message can be cut off. So we've switched them off for the time being until we can get that issue resolved. Meantime, the pm system is still available

    There's a bug within the sticky note system currently, which has meant that replies to notes have not been sending properly. So, if you were expecting a reply to one recently, this is the likely cause of you not receiving it. 

    I've switched off the stickies for now to avoid confusion.
