14.5°C, 64% humidity, light rain.

Saw a flash to the south about an hour ago, but no lightning detected on any websites so maybe it was an artefact of some kind.

EDIT: OK so it was indeed just an illusion, there was no lightning.

Yesterday.

Cloud breaks overnight. Turning increasingly cloudy before dawn. A good deal of high and medium level cloud this morning making the sun very hazy. A few hazy sunny spells late morning and in to the early afternoon. Most cloudy on the whole though, staying dry here apart from the odd spot of rain early evening.

18°C, over 80% humidity.

Wow! Even with all this cloud it is starting to feel tropical. You can certainly tell the heatwave is coming, all this humidity. If the sun came out it would no doubt be in the mid-020's today. A taste of things to come Wednesday onward.
