Cloudy dry after overnight sleet and snow

Dry with patchy and variable cloud amounts after some showers early in the night, 2.4 mm since midnight following on from the 11.8 mm yesterday, with some rather heavy sleet for a time; a low of 2.4 C but no ground frost, very wet surfaces.

A  cloudy night with sleet or wet snow showers during the evening followed by a spell of snow in the early hours which gave another 2 or 3cm. A dry morning with a few short sunny intervals. Most of the snow has thawed in the last few hours.

Rain cleared away last night leaving variable cloud overnight. Broken cloud this morning, feeling cold.

Rain died out last evening leaving a mainly cloudy night, just the odd break in the cloud. Slight ground frost detected. Cloudy and dry this morning. Rain set in, mostly light late morning and well in to the afternoon and early evening. Feeling cold and raw.

A dry and mainly cloudy day. A few sunny intervals developed  this afternoon but too late for any sunshine here as the sun had already disappeared behind the moor. A slow thaw of lying snow with 50% cover lost by midday.
