Dry with patchy and variable cloud amounts after some showers early in the night, 2.4 mm since midnight following on from the 11.8 mm yesterday, with some rather heavy sleet for a time; a low of 2.4 C but no ground frost, very wet surfaces.

A  cloudy night with sleet or wet snow showers during the evening followed by a spell of snow in the early hours which gave another 2 or 3cm. A dry morning with a few short sunny intervals. Most of the snow has thawed in the last few hours.
