Variable cloud overnight. A little light showery rain this morning, odd brighter spell. A mainly cloudy day, a few brighter spells, showers scattered around the area. Feeling quite humid. A spell of heavy rain lasting around an hour early evening.

A dry morning with sunny intervals followed by an afternoon of thunderstorms. Two of the storms gave hail, small hail in the first one at 1140 g.m.t but some 5-8 mm stones in the second one at 1445 g.m.t during which the temp' fell to 10.6c.  A third thunderstorm from 1525-1550 g.m.t was a bit further south than the others but still managed a short spell of very heavy rain. The showers are dying away now and it's back to sunny intervals and the occasional light shower.
