I like Find a River, and also Star me Kitten.

My uncle bought me Automatic for the People when it came out, so it must have been a Christmas present for 1992.

The songs fit better for September into October autumn vibe.

The Hawk is Howling by Mogwai is another early autumn album. Was released in late August 2008 IIRC.

‘Windmills of your mind’ which I think was soundtrack to ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’ 1968, I was only six then, beautiful song of loss, remembrance and ageing (being at the ageing age).
