A cloudy and mild night. Cloud thinning and breaking around dawn, bright and sunny spells developing this morning, feeling quite warm. A good deal of cloud at times, though this did break at times allowing some warm sunny spells.

The fog eventually lifted around 1000 g.m.t but it remained overcast until 1430. The cloud then broke for a while allowing a few sunny spells but returned by 1600 g.m.t to give a cloudy end to the day.

While many parts of the country had a lovely day we had a dreary one. Dull, muggy and murky with a few spots of drizzle and temperatures only around average after a mild night. Maximum 15.9, minimum 14.3. Wind light SW.
