Hi Recently i bought a Youshiko YC9387 weather station but i cannot connect it to the internet. Could someone give me advice how to do this

I have recently joined weathercloud, they gave me a station id and key but i do not what to do next Can someone help?

I have the same weather station and now wanting to reconfigure but cannot go to the url starting 198 it simply will not let me?  Has anyone had this problem and fixed it? Thanks
