Clear spells last evening gave way to cloudy conditions soon after midnight. Light rain setting in early hours, this becoming moderate towards dawn. Further continuous rain this morning, heavy at times.

Rain stopped soon after the observation with sunny spells developing. Further sunny spells in to the afternoon, also showers building, these heavy and blustery. A clear start to the evening.
