within 20 mins had all cleared, and temperature is now down to -1.0 C, I expect it will drift this way at times.

Another dry and clear night with a marked temperature inversion. Patchy cloud between 0600 and 0730 but since then it's been clear. Thick fog in the valleys and the fields lower down are white with frost. Not even a ground frost here.
