Overcast, dull and dreary looking, Davis shows 0.4 mm since midnight, must have been some drizzle, a low of 4.3 C

A good deal of cloud for most of the night, a few cloud breaks towards dawn allowed for a ground frost to develop. Quickly turning cloudy again soon after dawn. Staying cloudy, starting turn foggy by late morning and in to the afternoon, colder than of late
