Lovely sunshine and blue skies with little cloud this morning, plus much lighter Westerly winds.
No rain since 5pm yesterday
 

A low of 5c at 5am.
Temp is only 7c now, despite the sunshine.
1003.8 hPa, SW 4-6mph

Not much in the way of sunshine here. Started off blue skies, then turned partly cloudy, then completely clouded over by 12:30

Being that bit further north than you we had the same but it took until about 3pm for the clouds to start pilling in.

Another uninspiring day, although the sun was out to start the day it soon clouded over and that's how it stayed for the rest of the day. Reached 8.7°C, currently 6.3°C

Was indeed glorious. We took the hound up round the golf course on a treasure hunt. She found a squirrel, got lost, then found again.

Morning All, situation "Normal". Stratus layer, patchy light rain, light breeze in from the ENE and overnight low of 4.9°C at: 01:35, which has managed to climb to 5.8°C currently, with RH85%

Today I was out in some of the largest raindrops I can imagine. They were more than an inch in diameter as they landed, some were nearer 2 inches!

This from showery rain under a weak warm front in winter, not where I might expect them from a summer thunderstorm!

Morning All, a foggy one today! Stats confirm the amount of warmth and moisture around at the moment, with the overnight low of 8.4°C at: 04:00m having climbed to 8.7°C and RH97% (things are dripping!) wind an intermittent 1mph air movement from the SSE..

The slightest bit of surf is just visible on the webcam, but beyond that, the world is missing, is there anybody there...

I can't actually believe it! There's a big ball of shining light trying to come out from the dullness!

Fog has lifted...into Mist, and now heavy drizzle falling as the front crosses us, maybe the sun will follow?

Weather has been all over the place this morning, sun attempted to break free, then it's foggy and a bit of mist.

It's a bit brighter here now though!

The misty drizzle has cleared here now and brightness is trying to occur... how exciting.

Can confirm that the sun is at long last out, fog has gone, still a bit damp at times though it's nice to see some blue sky.

Overcast and damp again, RH hasn't dropped below 98%. Mild at 11.6°C.
