A foggy frosty start, thick fog and sky obscured, I think it came in about 0530-0600 before then frost with clear skies, a low of -3.1 C, currently -1.2 C with overcast skies and fog briefly lifting to mist at times.

Clear for the first half of the night, thick freezing fog forming. This morning no change, very icy underfoot. Thick fog all day, visibility <25 yards at times. Frost retuning late afternoon.

A dry day with sunny spells cloudier round lunch time and now turning misty as temps drop. Despie being colder the frost melted by lunchtime where yesterday it lasted all day despite much higher temperatures.
