It’s no wonder members from our region are outnumbered when we dare to venture into the mad or other nationwide threads.

Currently 22 signed up in ours, 155 in the London and SE one and apart from the Scottish thread, most are at similar numbers to ours.

Covid and Putin permitted, less than a month from now and I’ll be assisting with making a few contrails.

Temp last night rose and by morning there wasn't much visible frost. Tonight looking too breezy for scraping the car but if you happen to be out, for whatever reason, then it'll feel darn cold with that breeze and also first thing tomorrow. Turning milder after tomorrow but there's going to be stiff breeze at times so probably not feeling like double figures.

A cold start and just about managed a frost, 0.5C. A bit of a breeze, which has probably prevented the temperature falling further.

Woodhead pass shut too. Mottram Moor must be like a dream with minimal traffic.

Clouded over this afternoon, as forecast, and cold in the wind without the sun.

Yeah a lovely spring morning and early afternoon quickly turned into what looks like a typical late autumn day and, without the sunshine it certainly feels cold in the breeze.

Other way here, since sun has gone, wind feels warmer as mild air moving in from the west, always to me feels much colder when it's dry and sunny from Dec to Mar, must be humidity and mugginess why feels so warm when wet and windy

More sunshine than yesterday though it clouded over late afternoon and a few spots of rai have landed past hour. Still a cold feel, the wind stronger than yesterday. Cold wind.

A sunny morning here, clouded over in the afternoon. A breezier day here too making for a chilly feel, despite a high of 10.2C.

A very dry wind the last two days which has created a lot of dust living on a new build site. Seems back the muddy dampness though later in the week.

B-52 went over earlier. Sounded like a right beast!

Noticed a lot more activity than normal over the past 6-12 months, Makes you wonder if they had a good idea Putin was going to kick off.
