Mahoosive hailstorm here. Temperature has dropped to 6.8C. No thunder this time though.

Yes..

Driving home from Ferndown, all I could see was Two very nice towers!

Just getting ready to go out with the camera, With a 76% gibbous moon, it should make for some nice pictures, if we get some nice gaps between systems 🤞🏻 and hardly a breath of wind 😁

Had a hail core come over half hour ago and the 'hardly a breath of wind' went out of the window big time!

@Azazel what an amazing shelf!

Just me iPhone! I saw it looked a little fruity from behind the trees so I basically picked my dog up and sprinted up to the park - no regrets!

Absolutely amazing, do you know how long that low level cloud was like that because if looks a bit mesocylonic and if it was persistent, then the S word may just be true for it but hard to tell just from pictures.

About 15-20 minutes I would estimate before it seemed to blow itself out as it moved past me. It’s the ‘beavers tail’ in the first pic too that makes me think hmmmmmm

Haha felt like it for a minute there!

it was quite funny actually, I had just stepped through the door from work and my missus asked if I could take the dog out (which I really didn’t want to do, but I did because I’m nice) - and got to see that! So I should thank her really!

Very impressive. Seems like the cell does run a bit off its steering flow on radar.
