Finally a decent amount of rain here, our first proper wet day since June, and today's total of 21mm is more than double what we had in the whole of July and August to date.

Early heavy rain eased during the morning, then dry and cloudy in the afternoon. Cool. Maximum 18.8, minimum 17.5. Wind light N.
