I have gone about half a degree colder in the last half hour....

Quite probably first below average CET month of 2022, against the 61-90 average. First half is looking cold, possibly significantly below the average, second half remains uncertain, may well see some milder conditions, but these could be fleeting. I'll go for a finish in the 3s, let's say 3.5 degrees. Chance could see something substantively colder, dare I say in the 1s, if cold holds on.

After forecasting 10 out of 11 below average this year.   I do not want to miss out if we have a really low month.🙄

I'll go with 3.8C and 90mm please, but with very low confidence and feel I could equally be far too high or too low with the CET!!
