A dry and cloudy night with the cloud lowering to give hill fog from 0530 to 0830.  The fog has lifted  and it's now dry and overcast.

It's been a dry cold day here at Norwich clear skies till afternoon then hazy sunshine with high cloud before rain comes this evening.
