Very cold start with freezing fog lifting by mid morning to give a cold and misty day with spells of hazy sunshine. Maximum 2.2, minimum -5.9. Wind light NE.

Yesterday: cold and sunny (friends in Oxford and Swindon reported fog lingering all day, but none here, so less cold). Maximum 6.1, minimum -2.0. Wind light variable.
