[New Wmr200 Application]

Hi All,

I'd like to intoduce a new application for all of those using Oregon Scientific's WMR weather station .

WeatherChart was first released as a better charting application. I have been working for a while on the new release of WeatherChart and I think it may be intersting for

many of you. WeatherChart now supports WMR200 and WMR100 weather stations, so its no longer just a charting application but also a data logger.
