Cloudy, dry = typical boring Exeter weather
-
Hoofing it down here in Exeter too, nothing thundery though.
-
Well down in the far south west the temps are flat lining at 20 - 22c with no chance of storms a boring end to a decent spell of weather
My thoughts exactly, would have been nice to end our hot spell with a bit of a bang.
-
Absolutely no hope in mary of anything down this neck of the woods, devon and cornwall can be flippin boring for weather events
-
Well thunder risk for Exeter on tues looks rubbish now, going to keep my eye on the radar I think and just hope something developes here
I really can't remember the last real good T storm we had here
-
I just hope we get some decent T storms in the summer months to make up for this lack of white fluffy stuff.........given up all hope now but its still been an exciting week or so speculating and seeing what everyone else got.
-
Bit of action in Exeter but sadly it's rain, and it feels warmer even in the strong winds....
-
so guys, as it stands does anyone think that we might see a sustained snow event this far south & west?
lots of contradictory thoughts (opinions) & maps lol.........
Probably do its usual trick and dump a load on the moors and as it approaches Exeter will turn to rain/sleet, the moors do tend to work against us in situations like this
-
From what i can make of it all i would say devon and cornwall will be a non event as temps seem far too mild, still be entertaining though too see what does happen......

Been a fair bit of lightning and thunder in Exeter for nearly 2 hours now but very sporadic.

I just spoke to my Mum in Exeter. It's raining there and there is not one bit of snow to be seen.
It's a different story out in the country, obviously, the radio reports many roads blocked, but not any snow at all in her part of Exeter!
It's better for her though. If anyone *thinks I'm old, you should see my old ma!!!!!!!!
*I'm not so vain as to think that anyone ever thinks about me, but y'know what I mean!
Yep not a drop in Exeter, the weird things is at Kennford bottom of Haldon Hill nothing there either, drive 1/2 a mile up the hill its a totally different story!
-
Rain has now turned to driving snow here in Exeter for the minute.
-
Still rain in Exeter, but really didn't expect much else!
-
Raining here in central Exeter!
-
Very light snow in Exeter at the moment as i'm in work but not really doing much as i'm too busy radar watching!
-

Nothing wrong with the Heath, besides its nice up there this time of year.
-

Really strange lightning in Exeter this morning, was very frequent and for some reason very blue looking.....
