Don't agree, the low tilts better, and as it slides away southeast, not only does it drag colder air back west, it develops a secondary low in the channel bringing another high snow risk for Saturday

After that is brings another undercutting system in to start next week.

Yeah does get slightly better - I was looking at up to +54 which had precipitation of the milder variety on the south and west coasts and 10 miles(ish) inland

Pretty much complete cover here, with around 2-4 inches on grass. With Shaded part of the garden in complete snow cover since last Friday.

I agree with Marcus Surfer, happy with what we got, but could easily have had more. This snow now very likely to last until weekend, and probably much of next week.

Stopped in Pontardawe with the big gaps on the radar not too hopeful for much more - its all gone 30 miles too far west - whodathunkit after the beeb forecasts earlier!!
