Yes - look - it is North of most of Gloucestershire

Ok guys I think us lot in Glos. county and surrounding aread shouldn't be expecting more than 5cm now. As it is tilting it is losing intensity quite a bit. Plus it is further East which begs the question of whether it will even reach here...

I'm not seeing it getting *that* far West. Take a look at 18z GFS - I think those values are more respectable and reasonable - 6-8cm for Glos and surrounding areas.

RIght - It is currently 0.2C here up in the cotswolds

We need the fronts on the radar to converge and mix... The latest models show the front stalling further SOuth. As the front from the SW approaches - is will 'suck in' the cold air from the North - As these meet they will produce a massive gradient and this will bring the snow level down to sea level - this however will be a very small line (50 miles or so thick)
