Sorry I wasnt suggesting that the met office were wrong as some places have seen damage etc

Mega storm my weeble. Its sunny and a slight breeze here in crystal palace! Never seen such hype over a non event :/ I was expecting more I have to say after the media hyped it up so much.
I see people have had damage etc but doesnt seem as bad as it was forcast to be or is it just me?
Made me laugh watching the bbc news as a man in dover stood in the sun with no wind tries to say how horrendous it is!

Any idea if us here in se26 near crystal palace might see anything? Has some mad snow earlier but nothing settled. So jealous of those who have done well! Id settle for a dusting right now!

Its been lightly snowing here for about 20 mins or so. blowing about in the wind but not sticking. Watching it settle then melt on my bin! Hope we get a covering here. In in sydenham so not far from you tom se20. Heres hoping for a covering!

Snowing quite heavily here in Sydenham s.e London! Had over 12hrs of snow now but only about 7-8cm I think! Hope we get more on Sunday

Hi all, just a quick one from me. I'm in Sydenham in south east London. On my net office app I'm down as light snow from 12 mid day on Friday till 6am on Sunday! That seems insane, but what I want to know is what do the net office define as "light snow" ??

Only clocking in a 14.7C here insouth east London. It was so hot today though. I've never felt heat like it silage in the year before! Fantastic stuff. Hoping for a 30c here tomorrow! What do you think my chances are?

Had the heaviest rain I've seen for a long long time today! Got totally soaked to the skin. Thunder, lightening the full works
