Yes the chip shop under the bridge (Fonty Chips) is still there and does the best chips around!!

Unbelieveable depth to the snow drifts around Rhoose and East Aberthaw. Surreal to walk along the top of the hedge line which must be about 7ft high in places!!

Losing roof tiles now, this is horrendous! Can't believe South Wales is only just about included in the yellow warning area and this seems much worse than when we were Amber on Wednesday, gusts over 70mph and sustained winds near 50mph!!

Well it looks like our risk of snow has all but gone now for the weekend
, does anybody know of any good cam links to this snow storm in north east america ? Wish i was there so much just want to imagine im there.Good coverage of the US storm on the weather channel http://www.weather.com/tv/tvshows/live-stream :-)
