I note with some disappointment that my Blob2013 wasn't delivered as expected today. I decided to work from home today but spent most of my time looking out of the window wondering where the Blob had gotten to. I eventually found out that it had been delayed "somewhere up the coast of Suffolk". It's not good enough.
I've ordered a multipack of snow for tomorrow and have been promised delivery between 12noon and 6pm. I would really appreciate it if you can confirm that delivery will take place during the allotted time as I was looking forward to having some snow at the weekend. If it cannot be confirmed, I would like to cancel my order and I will have to have a look elsewhere in the Country for some.
Having been an avid fan of the weather for so many years, I feel somewhat let down by this experience and hope you can do better in the future....and tomorrow.
