5.5 degrees here in Worcester, lowest temperature since midnight 0.5 degrees at 0100, has been raining on and off all day.
currently looking at the forecast for the next few days, I think flooding maybe of a concern along the Severn valley in the coming days especially with the ground saturation

Thank you, but one question would the aid of lights overshoot me on 249g? It has lights on the port side and a downlink on telemitry to the controller in live video, so if i dont go daft i still know where i am - i know thats easyer said than done when at 120 meters high!
I have got the mini 2, when I added the strobe light it came in at 248g, if you weigh yours before hand you may find even though it states 249 it weighs less with battery, use the difference for your light.
it has been stated on a few forums regarding weights with strobe lights etc. and it does make it easier at 120meters, you cannot see it the thing at that height at night

Yes it will come, ive not flown my drone in the dark yet or snow! I know it has RTH etc takes some big round ones to do it tho!
I have flown mine a few times in the dark, what i have done is purchased a bright anti collision strobe light which I can remove helps with locating it in the air, also lights all around the garden so it is lit up like a Christmas tree to aid in locating base navigating landing

You're not that far south of me, curious to see if there's anything left in the morning here.
Will be curious also, I have been chatting with a colleague who lives near Stroud up a hill, he has had rain and a temperature rise also this evening, so it may just be how far south Worcester is

Final update of the evening temperature now at 0.1 (first time above 0 all day) heavy rain now, ice underneath the lean to roof is melting so definitely to far south and low in altitude here

Hail roar is the noise of hail from within the storm cloud.

Could be hail roar.
We haven't had any hail (yet) i think it was just the amount of rain, the roof gutters are overflowing, garden is flooding and the street is getting a bit waterlogged now
-
Has gone dark now, almost constant booming and kind of roaring, sky is lighting up to the south east, wind has pick up also

Been driving around Ombersley and areas south of Stourport and Bewdley..the aftermath of that storm looks like a tornado struck - trees down, branches everywhere..one tree looks like it's gone thru the shop in Holt heath... couldn't stop to take pics and my wife's car hasn't got dashcam.
Serious flooding by west Midlands safari park.
Now parked up on A449 Crossway green waiting for the next one just coming thru Worcester.
They have shut the road off to holtfleet to ombersley due to a tree being down, it has taken out a powerline, power cuts are being reported in other areas also
