I wonder why meto alarm have nothing yet for Germany as those storms are marching towards the country and lighning strikes are becoming much more prolific.
Not a big fan of meteo alarm as they seem to lack behind all the time. We use both the the offical service and this private one for warnings

Could be a very intresting day here. Current Temp is 27°C and dew point is 17°C. Storms should arrive here between 7 and 9 pm CET and most models suggest a derecho/bow echo type of event although some models like ICON showing chances of supercell development. According to the german weather service (DWD) main threats are hail up to 5 cm in diameter, gusts over 120kph and potential of local flooding. Tornadoes can't be ruled out.

Had a severe TS yesterday here, 2 cm hail, a funnel and around 100mm in 2 hours, basement was flooded approx 3 cm!
Right now there is a TS storm watch (just heard a rumble) and a flood warning for my area.
Meanwhile a possible deadly development is unfolding in some mountainous areas in germany:

37.5c here right now. I think some cloud around lunchtime probably just held it back from hitting a record. Still its roasting none the less!
And to think I thought my 33.9c record in Nottingham back in 2006 was hot... That's just normal now!
yeah, there was some outflow from the storms in northern germany which affected your area...we just hit 39,9°C under 100% sun
