MO have me down as sleet for wednesday - this is a bold move haha. upgrades in the short term for our region, it is conducive to snow let's hope we get the PPN - I'd BANK the ECM pronto.

Just to report heavy snow for about 30 minutes as the band of precipitation passed, almost white out conditions and huge flakes, interestingly the radar showed green. Snow nearly gone now, but had a fun walk, if I ever ger near my phone, I will post pics later.

Will this hit bucks

My hunch is we will get a little in Wycombe within the next hour or so and the is that there will be more showers by tonight. Based on sky watching and radar. Red sky to the west a bit ago.

Temps/dew points right for snow too.

Scary. Area around the River Thames Bucks/Berks border all without power now and will be out for hours to come apparently. Kinda think this should have been a yellow warning? Drivers reporting swaying over the read as recycling caddys/bin lids are flying about causing them to swerve.

 

Having said that, I don't really know what the criteria is for a yellow warning?!

I think we should be on a yellow herr in HW, mighty blowy out, indeed my husband had to stop on move wheelie bins twice from in the road on the way back from the shop a while ago.
