how high of winds do you Welsh usually need before power cuts start piling up? Accoring to Marks weather blog in Portland the last winstorm he did a comparison and usually gusts between 50 and 55mph tend to have the 100,000 category.

I know how it feels to be left out of the snow contest. This winter only brief zr 2 times froze the bins shut here in Stayton OR while places to the north got in on a white Xmas many places recorded several cm's of the white stuff higher up and they assume it was "everywhere". to most weather fans no beings exists south of Portland till you reach Redding CA the hot hell..
