    Just as a reminder, the apps are not manned by humans, they just give and indication based on the models, which if you’ve looked you’ll know have great difficulty in predicting snow

    I live just by Drew’s Holloway, I’m going nowhere tomorrow regardless of what falls overnight, it’s lethal as it is!

    Just been sent that from someone in Wollescote, we ain’t going anywhere in the morning!

    I’m only in Halesowen, it may not be giving snow depth, but it’s sure causing major problems, my street is now blocked and Stourbridge road is stationary in both directions

    When the wind drops I can see it’s now ‘proper’ snow, rather than the funny stuff that has been raining down all afternoon, it’s prope flakes, goodness knows what we will wake up to, it’s like the day after tomorrow ?

    At this stage I wouldn’t be looking at models, I would look at the radar, and out of the window which will probably give the best indication. Mad weather

    Please don’t let there be freezing rain here, that really is the pits! Try scraping that I need to control my language of your windscreen, no chance!

    Oh and my brother works in Netherton but lives in stourbridge, he’s still waiting for a bus, told him to walk to me in Halesowen, has to be marginally less far to walk!

    Someone I know has just had to abandon their car and walk the rest of the way, between old hill and quarry bank

    I deliver training courses and have just text all 12 of my delegates warning them that tomorrow is likely to be a no go, we are travelling into Brum city from Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Halesowen and various other out lying areas

    Unbelievable, considering it’s just this fine stuff that appears to be blowing around my road is now properly covered and seriously dangerous, and it’s been gritted all week!
